Raytheon receives $80 million Patriot deal

Raytheon Co. stated in March 2006 that it is awarded an $80 million contract modification from the Army Aviation and Missile Command to provide engineering services support to the Patriot air and missile defense program. The award provides additional funding for the second of four one-year options to the fiscal year 2004 base award for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) to provide engineering services in support of Patriot air and missile defense systems.

ARINC leads on `Rapid' contrast task order earnings
Article Abstract:
A unit of ARINC, Inc. has received a $786 million for an Army 'rapid response' service contract with the possibility of earning twice that amount if the government fully funds the applicable task orders. The contract is an Army contractual vehicle enabling federal agencies to conclude certain types of service or manufacturing agreements quickly with vendors.
